I have been a voracious student and explorer on love, sex, relationship and LIFE from the very beginning.
I am passionate about exploring the meeting place of the body’s wisdom, the mirror of our lived experience, and the art of relationship as pathways to healing, liberation, and a more harmonious and beautiful world.
I believe we were born to live wild and free, the kind of freedom that arises from deep within when you are fully alive in your body, rooted in your truth, and living like you belong to yourself, to this life, and to the earth.
The work I offer is rooted in everything that has carried me home; years of tending to my own healing, deep study of the body, relationships, sexuality, the nervous system, and timeless wisdom traditions.
